The next PTO General Assembly Meeting will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, November 16 beginning at 7:00 PM.

We are pleased to welcome Deacon Marques Silva, Director of the Office of Child Protection and Safety for the Diocese of Arlington, who will present on the topic of “Parenting in a Digital Age.”

A regular speaker at schools and parishes across our diocese, Deacon Silva is well versed on this topic and will provide parents with specific strategies for safeguarding their children in the online world.

• In an effort to make the presentation as relevant as possible for our school community, within the next week we will invite our middle school students to participate in an anonymous ten question survey regarding their use of social media.
• The feedback provided by our students will provide a snapshot of their awareness and use of emerging social media platforms which Deacon Silva will highlight during his remarks.
