Art, Drama, Musical Theatre Camps for K-12

Returning July 10-21, Broadway Spotlight and Drama Bootcamp trains campers in Acting, Improv, Song & Dance and concludes their week with a show for families! 

Art Camps incorporate many special projects in different mediums that all go on display in an end of week Art Show. Most of the professional instructors teach in our Diocesan Schools and bring a myriad of experience in their specialties.

Camps are designed to be both fun and challenging with a goal to aid campers in their growth in the arts within a safe environment.

SUMMER CAMP

All Saints Ranked #1 VA – First in Math

I’m excited to share with you that All Saints Catholic School is now ranked #1 among schools in Virginia for participation in First in Math!

We congratulate Connor P. (6thGrade) who is ranked #1 and Xavier D. (1stGrade) who is ranked #5 among individual students in the state.  We also congratulate the other 31 students in our school who are now included in the top 100 students in Virginia for completion of math problems through First in Math.

In recognition of these accomplishments and the early success of this program at All Saints, all students will enjoy free ice cream during lunch on Tuesday!

Signup for Spring Track & Volleyball

Registration is now open for All Saints Parish JCYO Spring Volleyball (girls, grades 3-8) and Track & Field (boys & girls, grades 3-8). The cost is $40 per player and the deadline to register is March 10, 2023.

2023 Catholic Cup Results

All Saints students gathered as part of our Catholic Schools Week celebration to test their knowledge of the Catholic faith in the school’s 12th Annual Catholic Cup. Winners of classroom competitions from grades 4-8 advanced to the final round of the Catholic Cup, an academic-style competition with questions related to Catholic theology and teaching.

Congratulations to our 2023 Catholic Cup winner Quinton V. and to our runner-up, Annie T.

We thank Fr. Daniel Ruewer, Mrs. Bill, and Mrs. Starrs for serving as judges, and Mr. Tessier and Mrs. Bill for serving as coordinators. This uplifting event provided a wonderful way for all of our students, those directly participating and those in the audience, to celebrate their knowledge of our Catholic faith.

RWTS 5K T-shirt Design Contest

All Saints Running with the Saints 5K will be held on Saturday, April 1. We need your help in designing the artwork for our 2023 official race T-shirt. Artwork must be submitted along with the form below to Mrs. Kruppa in the front office by February 28, 2023.

  • WHO:  All students are invited to participate.
  • WHAT: Design original artwork for the front of the 5K T-shirts
  • DETAILS: Paper size: 8 1/2 x 11, white paper
  • DESIGN: Black and White or 2-color artwork / Please include NO TEXT / Medium: Dark Pencil, Ink, Marker, Dark Crayon
  • PRIZES: 1st Place: $10 gift card / 2nd & 3rd Place: $5 gift card

The Yearbook Committee is hosting the annual Yearbook Cover Contest. The committee is looking for a front and back cover that represents the spirit of All Saints Catholic School and incorporates our theme –My spirit rejoices in God my Savior.
To submit an entry, please note the following:
  • Make sure your entry is on two pieces of plain white paper. The finished size of each page of your design must be no larger than 8 ½ x 11.
  • Lightly write your name and your teacher’s name on the BACK of each page.
  • Please DO NOT sign your name on the front of these pages.
Entries are due to Mrs. Bill no later than Friday, January 6, 2023. The winning entry will win a free Yearbook. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Bill.  We look forward to seeing your amazing artwork!

One of the most important ways to commemorate your school year is through a yearbook. The All Saints Catholic School Yearbook is now available for sale. The 2022-2023 Yearbook will be on sale now through April 14, 2023.
We are offering an early bird discount of $20 if ordered prior to January 13, 2023. After this date, the price will increase to $23.00. Personalization of your yearbook is available for an additional fee of $5.00

Christmas Joy Toy Drive for St. Gabriel Mission

Families may choose to donate new unwrapped toys and to bring “Christmas Joy” to a child this Advent season.  The NJHS will sponsor a toy drive to benefit the children of the Saint Gabriel Mission between December 5 – December 16.
Toys may be dropped off in the breezeway entrance during morning arrival.  Members of the NJHS will arrange for delivery to the Saint Gabriel Mission.

Hearts Afire – Collection for Medical Missionaries

Hearts Afire, a special needs social group, will be collecting items to make hygiene packs for Medical Missionaries, a non-profit, volunteer group of doctors, nurses, dentists, and others who work to improve the health of the poorest of the poor in the U.S. and throughout the world by providing medical care, supplies, clothing, and food to the areas they serve.

The collection will take place November 28 – December 2.  Students are invited to drop off items in the donation boxes that will be located in the New Breezeway Entrance.

Items we are collecting:

  • Toothbrush (individually wrapped)
  • Toothpaste
  • Bar Soap
  • Washcloth
  • Lip Balm
  • Shampoo & Conditioner
  • Body Lotion

Hearts Afire invites students in grades 7 & 8 to attend their meeting on Wednesday, December 7 from 7:00 – 8:30 PM in the gym to help with kit packing.
