At All Saints Catholic School, our faith is woven into everything we do from morning prayer to daily religion class, praying the Angelus together at noon, studying the virtues, and our ongoing focus on service to others. It is displayed and witnessed weekly as we participate in the highest form of prayer, the Mass. Throughout the year, our faith is modeled through the traditions that have grown around the Feast of All Saints and the seasons of Advent, Lent and Easter.
The faith community is built through our shared commitment to prayer, virtue and service. Steeped in the richness of our Catholic traditions, our faith is a lived reality within our school and the inspiration for our outreach efforts and the support that we provide to one another. Woven together, our collective efforts create a community that extends beyond the adults and children in our school, embracing families, parishioners, and the world beyond.
Faith is evident and active throughout the school and surroundings. Our parish church is located just steps away from the school entrance. Dedicated and consecrated by Bishop Paul S. Loverde in 2010, the church is where we gather for the Eucharist, from which all else flows. A statue of Mary graces the center of the parish courtyard and is the gathering point for the middle school prayer service on the first day of school, the First Communion and Confirmation prayer services, school-wide Rosary, and our May Crowning.
As a Christ-centered community rooted in the message of the Gospel, All Saints Catholic School fosters holiness by integrating the teachings of the Catholic faith throughout the curriculum and in day-to-day activities. The students experience faith within community as they celebrate weekly Mass and Holy Days with parishioners and parents. At the close of each quarter, the students, faculty, and staff attend Eucharistic Adoration & Benediction, led by one of our priests or deacons. After years of faith formation, the seventh and eighth grade students attend weekly Adoration with their religion teacher to spend time in prayer with Jesus during Exposition. Through their efforts, the faculty and staff have created a learning environment that fosters the development of the whole person with a special emphasis on spiritual formation.
