  1. How do I sign up to join the PTO?
    All parents are automatically members of the All Saints PTO. You do not have to do anything to join, and there is no cost to be a PTO member. If you are interested in leading a committee or taking another leadership roll within the PTO, please reach out to a member of the PTO through the PTO contact list.
  2. I would like to volunteer. How do I get started?
    Please see our Family Stewardship page for complete instructions on volunteering at All Saints. See All Saints PTO for more information, including uploading the Track It Forward app for volunteer opportunities!
  3. How do I complete the VIRTUS training?
    As part of the diocesan initiative to maintain a safe environment for all of our children, all volunteers in the school are required to complete a background check prior to working in the school and complete VIRTUS training. Please see VIRTUS Program for information on background checks and completing training to be VIRTUS certified.
  4. Do boys need to wear a tie on Mass days?
    Boys must wear a grey tie on Mass days (and special occasions) with their winter uniform shirt. Boys do not wear ties with their summer uniform. Students switch to winter uniforms on November 1st each year.

    Ties may be purchased through Flynn Ohara or the All Saints Uniform Closet.
  5. Where can I buy discounted school uniforms?
    Used uniforms can be purchased through the All Saints Uniform Closet.
  6. How can I meet other parents in my child’s class?
    A good starting point is to connect with your Room Liaison or reach out to a member of the PTO. (see PTO leadership list). Opportunities to volunteer and become involved in the life of the school are available through Track It Forward.
  7. What opportunities exist in the PTO?
    The PTO offers many opportunities to get more involved in the school and your child’s activities at All Saints. See All Saints PTO for more information, including uploading the Track It Forward app for volunteer opportunities!
  8. What is spirit wear and how can I purchase it?
    All Saints spirit wear includes fun clothing featuring the All Saints logo and color scheme. The school currently offers spirit wear through Squadlocker.
  9. How the the cafeteria process work and how do children select food?
    Please see our Cafeteria page for complete information on establishing an online account. Students make their selections through their homeroom teacher at the start of school day each morning. Each month’s menu is posted on the Cafeteria page of the website and a link to the menu is available through The Sentinel newsletter (sent via email each Wednesday).
  10. What after school activities does All Saints offer?
    All Saints offers many after school clubs and activities for students. See Extracurricular Activities for the list of 2024-2025 offerings.
  11. What software is used for school assignments?
    Schoology is our Learning Management Platform that is used by teachers to integrate technology and learning. It is used as a communication tool such as in the posting of assignments and due dates, as well as a portal for students to submit digital work that they have completed.  It is used primarily in the upper grades, most especially in middle school.  This is also the system that the school would use in support of online learning as necessary.

    Parents also have accounts in PowerSchool, All Saints’ Student Information System (SIS). PowerSchool is where important information regarding students is maintained. This includes demographic information, emergency contacts, attendance data, and grades.
  12. I have some great ideas that I would like to share. Who do I reach out to?
    Depending on the nature of the initiative, please contact Assistant Principal Miss Mallon or or a PTO representative.
  13. What time is school lunch and do parents ever eat lunch with their children?
    Lunch schedules depend on your child’s grade level. Please check with your child’s teacher for specific scheduling information. Parents can check in at the front desk to have lunch with their child.
  14. What is the All Saints Buddy Program?
    One of our most popular programs at the school, younger classes are paired with older classes to attend Mass and enjoy special activities throughout the year. Pre-K students are paired with 8th graders, first grade with fifth grade, second grade with sixth grade, third grade with seventh grade, and fourth grade with kindergarten.
  15. What is the Middle School House Program?
    Students in middle school are part of one of ten houses, each named after a saint. Students in sixth, seventh, and eighth grade normally meet with their houses after Mass each week. Houses members participate in service projects and other fun activities throughout the year.
