CYO registration is open for 2024 Boys and Girls Cross Country.  Please register before the September 6th deadline.  

• Pueden participar chicos y chicas de 3º a 8º curso.
• Practices will be on Wednesdays 5-6 PM at the Pennington Track and on Saturdays 8:00-9:30 AM at the Manassas Battlefield beginning August 3rd. You can still register after practices begin through September 6.
• Meets will take place on September 28, October 12, and October 26.

Boys and girls in grades 3-8 are eligible to participate in the All Saints Parish’s CYO Cross Country program in the fall. Our coaches have developed a robust training program focusing on technique and conditioning, appropriate to each runner’s age group, and providing the building blocks for future endeavors in cross-country and track & field events. The team normally practices twice a week, en un dia de semana tardes y mañana de fin de semana, y participan en varias competencias.
