Welcome to the All Saints Catholic School community! To assist you in your transition to our school, we’ve compiled the following list of events and activities that take place each school year. This list is just a sampling of the many exciting things in store for your family at All Saints.
- PTO de Todos los Santos – Please see PTO de Todos los Santos for a list of PTO leadership and committee chairs. Parent involvement in our school community is highly appreciated and encouraged!

Please check the school calendar for dates for the following school activities:
Café para nuevos padres (September 24, 2024)
Enjoy “coffee with the principal” and learn about upcoming events and programs at All Saints. This is also a great forum to get your questions answered.
One hour of fun and games for the entire family outside in the back parking lot of the school. Each classroom sets up a fun, simple game (ex. ring toss, beanbag toss) and players pay a penny or two to play. Small prizes are given out to all players. Parents and siblings are welcome. Children should carry a small bags of pennies to school that day (50 cents -$1.00) and a bag to hold both pennies and prizes (fanny packs and small backpacks are perfect for keeping hands free to play games). Classrooms need volunteers to run the game (coordinated by room classroom liaisons). Cupcakes and lemonade are sold in the cafeteria; cupcake donations are welcome. All monies collected from games and food sales support a charitable cause.
Veterans Mass, Assembly & Reception (November 8, 2024)
Join All Saints as we honor current and past members of our nation’s military. Prior to the event, you will receive information about honoring your loved ones by completing a paper brick that to be displayed in the Pre-K/first grade hallway.
Almuerzo de Acción de Gracias (November 25, 2024)
Families are invited to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for lunch on this day. A special order form is sent home in the weeks prior to the luncheon. Lunch periods are extended to accommodate the crowd. You will wait in the lunch line with your child – but the wait is worth it! Seating is first come, first serve. After lunch, enjoy recreational time outside with your child.
Servicio de Oración de Acción de Gracias (November)
Parents are invited to take a moment to reflect and give thanks during this prayer service. Children gather in the church and offer up non-perishable food donations at the altar, which are then donated to All Saints Bethany Food Pantry. This occurs just prior to Thanksgiving break.
Evening with St. Nick (December 5, 2024)
An annual tradition at All Saints, this event occurs in the evening around the feast day of St. Nicholas (December 6). Traditional Advent carols are sung during the prayer service, and families can stay after for cookies and cocoa, and photos with St. Nicholas and Mother Seton. Attendees are asked to donate new shoes for the House of Mercy in honor of St. Nicholas. Monetary donations are also accepted.
Christmas Pageants (December)
Students from our Pre-Kindergarten class participate in the Pre-K Christmas Pageant, just prior to Christmas break. We also celebrate a multi-grade, school-wide Christmas Pageant with day and evening performances.
Our seventh grade students participate in the science fair, and students from the primary grades visit their exhibits the day before judging begins. Awards are presented the evening of the science fair.
Farewell to the Alleluia Prayer Service (March 4, 2025)
Coronación de mayo (May 1, 2025)
Check the newsletter and website for more information about our largest fundraiser, a spring-time event in which the children gather pledges and run or walk a designated course around the school in an effort to raise funds to benefit our school. A percentage of the proceeds also benefits St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
